The have a roof top and an amazing balcony with a great view.
The rooms are big and very comfortable.
The staff is very nice and kind all the time.

I had the opportunity to stay in this brand new hotel. Located very close to the busy streets of Thamel but in a quiet area. It has everything you need. Nice quality rooms with very good shower, airco and beds (luxury beds). Decoration and woodwork is beautiful. Also the rooftop is an added value, so nice (real relaxing area) and the view over Kathmandu is amazing. The owner is selfmade business man who did an amazing job to build this hotel in the local Nepali architecture.
If you're looking for a quality hotel, this is the place to be!

This hotel is amazing!!
My wife and I have just spent five nights here while touring Nepal and it is by far the best place we stayed on this trip. We are an Australian couple who have visited Nepal many times.
The hotel has only recently opened and everything is brand new and perfect.
It is located on a quiet street in the tourist centre of Thamel, all the restaurants and shop are right on the doorstop but the location is peaceful and quiet.
Our room was immaculate with a huge comfy bed, large TV and hot high pressure shower. Our little balcony had views over Kathmandu and the distant mountains.
Breakfast, which was included in our room rate was delicious and fresh and the restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. A highlight for us was having drinks on the roof terrace each evening and chatting with other guests.
The owners Dolakh and Meena live onsite and were very friendly and absolutely focused on ensuring everyone had a great stay. They also assisted us with booking tours and other transport arrangements.

This hotel is very new and is well appointed, well run, and superbly comfortable with a very high level of cleanliness. You wouldn't find better in any European Capital.
It's also very handy for the local amenities and shops in Thamel, with everything you need in walking distance. The owner is a great guy, very professional and organised.

This hotel is gorgeous!. It’s an oasis amongst the craziness of the city. It is clean and comfortable and is in a prime location. The staff are super friendly, nothing is too much trouble. 100% recommend.

I visited this hotel earlier in the year with my family and was very impressed with the lovely staff and beautiful, clean rooms. The roof top restaurant provided spectacular views over Kathmandu and was an easy option for our meals after long days of exploring the city. I'll definitely be back again!

You can find Everest Boutique hotel in the midst of Thamel, Kathmandu. It is situated in a quiet location with shops, restaurants etc just a step away, which makes this hotel a perfect place to stay and eplore Katmandu.
Everest Boutique Hotel has been build in traditional Nepali style with lots of beautiful
woodcarving. Rooms are spacious, new and very clean, well furnished with lots of Nepali features. It has great ambiance.
Dolakh and his wife Meena (the owners) are great hosts, super friendly and helpful in any way they can. Dolakh's trekking agency "Mountain Mart trekking" has now it's place within the hotel which is very convenient and easy when planning a trekking.
Everest Boutique Hotel is a gem in Kathmandu, and as far as I am concerned everything is spot on! A place to come back to, a place to relax, to feel at home. I for sure will come back again next year. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Wow, where do I begin to describe all of the wonderful things about this charming yet sophisticated Heritage House type Hotel. Location is a good place to start - it is centrally located on a quiet street in the heart of Thamel which is the hip and happening section of Kathmandu. It’s just out of the fray of the hustle and bustle, but literally two steps away from anything and everything you could ever want or need. The Hotel is brand new and the rooms are immaculate and stylish with modern amenities like a luxurious rain shower head and a jacuzzi tub (a rarity here), flat screen smart tv, multiple lighting options, A/C unit and fridge. The bed was super comfy with clean white quality sheets and cozy pillows. Many rooms have a great balcony with seating and a fantastic view of Swayambhu Temple off in the distance and everything in between. Request a room on one of the upper floor for optimal viewing. Plus the rooftop is a great place to take breakfast, have a milk tea, just relax or enjoy the specacular vantage point it offers to check out the happenings below. There is also a gym located on the rooftop for those who like that sort of thing. While the style is clean and contemporary, it is also in keeping with the Newari architecture which is historically and culturally significant and unique to the indigenous people of the Kathmandu Valley. A perfect blend of old meets new. The owner Dolakh, his wife and the entire staff could not have been lovelier or more accommodating. I spent 9 nights here, really settling in and feeling at home and incredibly well taken care of. The breakfast spread each morning was delicious and fresh, the menu changing daily with special requests prepared to order on the spot. The morning muesli was my favorite go-to, so much so that my friends and I coined the name, Hotel Muesli ;) 5 stars across the board, I cannot recommend this place highly enough, you won’t be disappointed!

The owner and staff have been so nice and welcoming. I just left the hospital and not feeling well when I got to the hotel, no reservation, and they accommodated me! I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you!!!

We had a great stay at Everest Boutique hotel for 2 nights. The room was very spacious and clean. A big plus was the fact that they have a fitness center on the roof top, equiped to our needs. And the roof terrace had a beatiful 360 view of Kathmandu.
The hotel lies very close to the heart of Thamel, but luckily in a quiet part, so noise was never a problem.
Just around the corner is the KSCC (climbing center) which is a great spot to hang out as well.
The hotel staff was very helpful, and assisted us with a private car for visiting Bhaktapur at a reasonable price. And they were very service oriented, showing up with a bright smile every time of the day we met them.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

My friend and I booked a trek to EBC with Dolakh Thapa at Mountain Mart Treks and Expeditions and this Hotel belongs to him. We stayed in a Heritage twin room for a night before our trek and two nights after. It was a really cool hotel with a relaxed vibe which was just what we needed after trekking in the mountains. Everything is really new and it was cool that it is located right in Thamel so we could go out to the bars and easily walk home. They even had a little gym, which was good to stretch our tired legs.
Everyone was helpful and food was yummy!

Fresh and New, this hotel is located in very peaceful Alley few minute walk from center thamel. Owner, Dolakh is very kind and helpful person. I have never received warm hospitality as such anywhere in the world. A visit to terrace is must. We enjoyed wide range of mountain view, kathmandu view and Stupa View. Grab a couple of beer bottle when you are in terrace.

A lovely new hotel in the perfect area to explore Thamel but just far away enough for some peace and quiet when you want it. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and the rooms were spotless and very large. The showers always were hot with great water pressure. All the hotel staff and Mr Dolakh especially could not do enough to help all the guests and were most accommodating and informative. They also arranged a brilliant day tour of Kathmandu for ourselves and our family. The whole experience was like staying in a 5 star hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and plan to stay here again on any future visits to Kathmandu

We stayed in EBH before and after our trecking trip to EBC. It's a wonderful hotel, clean and nicely decorated in a great location. The room was big and clean. The service from all the staffs was excellent. Highly recommended

Room is very comfort, clean and nice and has a balcony. Bathroom is outstanding, we got a room with bathtub and jacuzzi, and the Jacuzzi was great and relaxing after our 12 days EBC trekking trip. When you combine your stay with mountain mart trek, they let us stay for a late check out until 7.30pm without additional charge as our flight was at 11pm that night. Thank you to Dolakh, the owner and manager of the hotel, his wife and the hotel staff who are taking care of our need during the stay there. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic environment with very friendly staff. I chose to stay here prior to my departure and return of the Everest Base Camp trekking tour from Mountain Mart. Its a convenient location close to the airport, Thamel, and gives you a great opportunity to be secluded within the walls of this new and beautiful hotel. The food is delicious, some of the best we had the entire trip.

We've chosen this hotel as a part of our EBC trek, so we stayed there twice, one night before and 3 nights after the trek. That turned out to be an excellent decision - very nice view from the window, balcony, delicious breakfast, convenient location in Kathmandu, friendly staff and management. We would definitely recommend it and for sure we will choose it again once visiting Kathmandu.

We booked this hotel looking at the good review. Not many people know about this hotel as it started 3 months back only. So much thought has gone into designing the facade with local designs and materials. Spacious rooms and fantastic food. Mr Thapa who is the owner and manager of the place went out of his way to send a car to pick us up from where we got down at Katmandu. Every day during the interaction, he gave us a lot of tips /Advice and ensured that we have the best experience at a price that was competitive. I strongly recommend and also ask him about off season rate and you will have a real bargain and an amazing experience

This is truly I mean TRULY the best hotel in Kathmandu without a doubt! The owner Dolakh is such a friendly man who has put his heart and soul into this building and the hospitality is extra special indeed! From the 5 days I spent there I felt like I was in a palace of some sort, the staff are amazing, they literally bend over backwards and respond to ANY request with such promptness and professionalism. The rooms are finished to a very, very high standard of which you will not find ANYWHERE else in Kathmandu I can promise you that 100%. I wouldn't even trying to look hahaha. I spent hours, days trying to compare prices and quality hotels. Not one other hotel in Kathmandu comes close to this place! The Everest Boutique hotel is fantastic to stay at! We booked a trek through Mountain Mart Treks and this hotel is where we stayed for the first 2 nights and last night of the trekking package. The owner is very nice and it has great staff all round! Good food when you eat in, but very close to Thamel if you would like to eat out! I’d recommended this hotel to any trekkers looking for somewhere nice to stay before they set off!

We stayed at the Everest Boutique Hotel as part of our Mountain Mart Trekking package and loved the experience and quality so much we booked extra days at the end of our trek. Dolakh, the owner of the hotel and Mountain Mart Trekking is a pleasure to deal with and has ensured everything has run smoothly and has been very helpful with anything we’ve needed. The hotel is perfectly located near many main tourist attractions and offers amazing service as well as quality food at their restaurant. The finish of the building is top quality and very comfy as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing experience.

The bed was the most comfortable I have experienced in a hotel . The manager and staff were extremely attentive the whole of our 5 day stay. They exceeded our expectations every day. There is a roof top seating area which you can view the surrounding town of Kathmandu. We could not fault the chefs cooking and the breakfast was always changing. There is no negative to say about this great hotel. The position is close to walking to Durbar Square and also close to Thames for shopping. It is a bonus that it is in a quiet neighbourhood. We had a balcony that looked directly at the Monkey Temple way on the hill.

One of the best hotels in Kathmandu .When we reached this hotel a little later in the evening ,the beautiful decor and the look of the hotel blew our tiredness away. The stay ,the service and the food was outstanding. This hotel is not only a business space ,it vibrates with high energy .The rooms are spacious and clean with every small details being looked into even the water pressure of the showers have been looked at . This hotel was amazing. Lovely room, nice comfy bed and a great view of the city. I really enjoyed eating a delicious lunch or dinner with a great view from the rooftop terrace. Hotel staff were always smiling, pleasant and helpful. Dolakh (the owner) was always very responsive to messages prior to and during my stay at the hotel. The trip was made far more convenient as the hotel trekking and accommodation was all inclusive in one package under the same owner. Pick up from and drop off to the hotel was a very nice touch also. Overall a really great experience that I can’t recommend enough!

This lovely, family-run boutique hotel, with its stylish and cosy design, offers very modern rooms equipped with a great shower and super comfortable beds.
There is a very nice roof terrace offering great views of the city including “monkey temple” and during the fresher winter evening, a campfire was put on allowing for a relaxing ending of the day in a very informal and chilled atmosphere.
The food is very fresh and tasty and the breakfast is very good including great freshly brewed coffee. Staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful.

The property is new and the rooms we stayed in were spacious (301) and (304). The staff is very helpful and friendly, the food of the place is awesome. Though the menu was limited but it covered almost everything right from limited Indian, Continental and Italian dishes.
Property is quite clean, unfortunately, entrance is small has practically no space for car parking. The lanes are super small - maybe coz it’s near Thamel area.
Thamel market is just about 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. The rooftop restaurant is really nice has a great city view.
